Dianna Anderson is the newest member of the Sharkey Shines Team!

They are so glad to have extra help in the office, as Dianna is their new Office Assistant. She is already making phone calls, scheduling appointments and mailing out postcards.

Having Dianna in the office also helps the business to grow, as Mike & Loretta's time is freed up to work on other aspects of the business like networking and doing estimates.

Dianna helps with getting supplies ready for the next day's work and keeps supplies organized and ready to go.

She really is a blessing!

Dianna attends church with the Sharkeys, and also went with them on their latest mission trip to Haiti this past July. She hopes to attend the mission trip with them next year, as well, which is tentatively scheduled for the second week of July, 2018.

Changes are happening at Sharkey Shines!

This past winter, our son and employee, Ross, took a vacation in Idaho to visit his brother and family. While he was gone, our part-time employee, Terrance, filled in for him. While working with him, we provided Terrance with a lot of training in house cleaning, as he had formerly only been hired and trained to do window washing.

When Ross returned from HIS vacation, me and Mike went on OUR vacation! Ross and Terrance filled in for us while we were gone. Our clients were all pleased, and Ross was very impressed with Terrance's work. We got to thinking about making changes, so...

As of Tuesday, May 31, my duties will change. I will no longer work at cleaning and window washing, but will now work from the office on marketing, estimating, scheduling and networking. It is only because we have such an awesome staff that we are able to make this change, which will only grow and improve our business! (I may make an occasional appearance in the field on large projects!)

As always, we give all glory to God for giving us the inspiration, knowledge and resources to develop and grow this business to where it is today. We know that with HIS help, He is just going to continue to bless us by allowing us to bless others with the work He has provided for us.
